Supplier Agreement

Maldives Holiday Experts operates as a B2B2C marketplace where suppliers list speedboat transfer services, customers book through the platform, and the platform manages the booking confirmation process.

The Platform is not a transport operator.

Supplier must:

• Provide valid business registration in Maldives
• Hold required marine transport permits
• Maintain valid insurance coverage
• Provide accurate company details

The Platform reserves the right to approve or reject any supplier.

Supplier agrees:

• All service descriptions must be accurate
• Prices must be clearly stated
• Availability must be regularly updated
• No misleading information

• All bookings are received by the Platform
• Platform confirms booking with Supplier
• Upon confirmation, booking details are shared with Supplier
• Supplier must acknowledge bookings promptly

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before transfer
• Less than 24 hours: full charge applies
• No-show: full charge applies

Supplier agrees to honor this policy.

• Payment method: Cash on Arrival (unless agreed otherwise)
• Supplier is responsible for collecting payment
• Platform commission structure (if applicable) shall be agreed separately in writing

Supplier is fully responsible for vessel condition and seaworthiness, licensed captain and crew, safety equipment, compliance with Maldives maritime laws, and passenger safety.

The Platform bears no liability for operational incidents.

Supplier must maintain valid marine insurance and passenger liability coverage.

Supplier indemnifies Maldives Holiday Experts against claims arising from injury, death, property damage, or regulatory violations.

Supplier must maintain punctuality, professional conduct, vessel cleanliness, and communicate delays immediately.

Repeated complaints may result in suspension or termination.

Platform may suspend or terminate supplier for poor service, safety violations, fraud, misrepresentation, or failure to respond to bookings.

Immediate termination may occur for safety breaches.

Supplier agrees not to misuse customer data obtained via the platform.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
